Fighter Practice

Where: United Church of Christ ( 1520 Queen City Ave Cincinnati, OH 45214-1438 )

When: Fight Practice occurs every Tuesday.
Rapier practice starts at 6:00 PM, and Heavy Weapons Practice begins around 7:45 or whenever two armored fighters are ready. Spectators do not need to wear garb, but fighters must have the minimum armor requirements. If you are missing pieces of armor, contact the Rapier or Armored Combat Marshals before attending a pratice to be sure that loaner items will be available.

Driving Directions to Fight Practice:

North of Cincinnati
Take I-75 south to the HARRISON AVE exit Take the QUEEN CITY AVE exit to the right. Stay to the right around the curve, then get into the center lane as you come to the light. Go straight, and turn left between the two buildings, where the railroad tracks are. Practice is in the basement.

South of Cincinnati
Take best route to I-75 North towards Dayton. Take the HARRISON AVE exit to QUEEN CITY AVE Go straight at the light, but be in the Middle lane. Just past the red brick building, turn LEFT. There are old railroad tracks there. This is the entrance to the parking lot next to the church. To park in the lot at the church, you can turn Left at the light, then turn Right into the lot. It fills up fast and can be hard to get out of if you leave early. Practice is in the basement.

Business Meeting

Where: Trinity United Church of Christ ( 3850 E Galbraith Rd Cincinnati, OH 45236 )

When: 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM. Business Meetings occur on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.
On the 4th Wednesday, the business is exchanged for workshops unless there is an urgent business topic to discuss. The meetings are open for anyone to attend, and you do not need to wear garb. These meetings start at 7:30, and usually last about an hour...depending on how long we talk!

There is a small parking lot beside the church, but there is parking available in the plaza next door. The Church is "L" shaped, we are on the bottom floor at the end of the L closest to the plaza, in the music room.

From SouthEastern Side of Town:

Take 71 N to Kenwood Rd. Exit 11
Left on Kenwood Rd.
Left on East Galbraith Rd.
The church is 1.3 miles on the Right side of the Rd.

From the NorthEast:

71 S to Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway - Exit 14
Take Roland Reagan Cross County WEST
Take the BLUE ASH RD/KENWOOD RD exit. Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Turn LEFT onto BLUE ASH RD. Turn RIGHT onto E GALBRAITH RD.

From the South West Side:

Take 75 N
7: Take the RONALD REAGAN CROSS COUNTY HIGHWAY exit- EXIT 10A. 0.1 miles
8: Take the CROSS CO HWY EAST exit. 0.2 miles Map

From the North West:

Take 75 S
Take the GALBRAITH RD exit- EXIT 10- toward RONALD REAGAN CROSS CO HWY.
Take the GALBRAITH RD EAST ramp toward CROSS COUNTY HIGHWAY/ARLINGTON HTS.
Turn LEFT onto E GALBRAITH RD.
