Greetings unto the Talented Artisans of South Oaken!

The Marche of Winged Hills in the Barony of Flaming Gryphon is graciously hosting the South Oaken Craftspersons Faire at their Harvest Days/TOC event this coming weekend.

I invite artisans of all types and levels to display their work during the day, for the pleasure of Their Majesties and Their Highnesses, and all others who will surely be inspired by such a display of talent and skill.

The Craftspersons Faire is a non-competitive, nonjudgmental venue to show off your latest and greatest A&S project, your work-in-progress, your newly learned craft, or your "non-period" but SCA-relevant items such as armor and weapons, household banners, cooler covers, shoe covers, artwork, medallions, etc.. Pretty much anything goes, as long as it's something you made for use in the SCA that you want other people to see and admire. No documentation is needed.

*New artisans are especially encouraged to display, as are "non-artsy type" craftspeople… (I'm looking at YOU, Fighters!)*

All you have to do is show up, bring your stuff, and have it on view by 11 am Saturday! The Craftspersons display will be held in the Main Hall, along with the Flaming Gryphon Baronial A&S Competition and the Populace Bean Count.
