Above Ground Firepits Only - Bardic Fire in camping area is the only one allowed to be dug - Bardic Circle starts at 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. All are welcome to gather around the fire (please keep noise ordinance in mind)Noise Ordinance of 10PM

North Oaken Craftspersons Faire
The Craftpersons Faire is the place to display period and SCA culture items, works in progress, a body of work and authentic artifacts (reproductions of period artifacts).
Items must have been finished between October 2011 and Pounce.
This display is not judged; no documentation is required.
Entries must be in place by 10:00am and picked up by 4:30pm.
Artists and crafters are encouraged to sit with their display so that they can answer questions from the populace.
If you can’t stay with your display, please leave a notebook so that comments can be left.
Any entry that is designed to be consumed, such as food or beverages, must have a complete ingredient list posted with the entry.
Brewing & vintning entries must have an adult over the age of 21 stay with the entry for the duration of the Faire. Only gentles of legal drinking age will be permitted to sample brewing and vinting entries.
Performance entries can sign up for a time slot that morning no later than 10:00am. The performance schedule will be posted and heralded at the event.
There is no entry fee. Registration is not required, but if you have special requirements, please contact jconner41@att.net or prfrglvr@aol.com no later than 9/10/2012.

The Baronial Tournament is open to those coming from outside the Barony. The tournament is fought as a Pool Tourney. There will be a Tourney winner, and of the Baronial contenders, there will be a Baronial Champion winner.

Class Descriptions:
Title: Rings on Their Fingers: Making Medieval Wire Rings
Instructor: THL Elizabethe Alles
Length: 1.5 hours
Class fee for handout and materials: $1
Description: Learn to make simple medieval jewelry with supplies and
tools you can get at your local craft store. Participants must be
able to safely use wirecutters. Supply fee covers the handout and
wire. The instructor will provide a limited number of tools.
Participants who would like to bring their own tools should bring a
ring mandrel, needlenose pliers, and flushcutters.
