Unto the Chirurgeons and Waterbearers of the Middle Kingdom come greetings from Herr Ulrich von Landstuhl.

I will be taking over the office of Kingdom Chirurgeon at Red Dragon in the March of Tirnewydd. I would like to thank Viscountess Katharina for her dedicated service and for handing over a well-running office.

I wish to create a Deputy for Training. Some of the duties of this office will include creating/revising standards for apprentice training, coordinating with the RUM staff, and organizing classes. If you are interested in this position, please contact me.
