Please welcome THL Dierdre MacMorcat as Oaken Regional. Many thanks to her for covering for me as I transitioned to this office.

A new warrant roster was been signed at Coronation. I had initially planned to make it available to all warranted chirurgeons, but since it contains personal contact info for those listed, I need to work out some privacy issues first. Hopefully by the time you read this I'll have it resolved.

I'm working on documenting the policies of this office (acceptable alternate certs, reporting schedules, etc) and hope to publish them soon. In addition, I'm working on converting all the online forms to a more generic file format. Keep watching this space and the web page for updates.

Speaking of warrants and policies, don't forget that Domesday reports are due December 1st. All chirurgeons are required to submit a Domesday to remain warranted. This report, at a minimum, should recap your activities for the year. Locals report to Regionals and Kingdom. The report to Kingdom must include a copy of First Aid certification, CPR certification, SCA membership and proof of age of majority. I welcome any former chirurgeons to submit their paperwork for re-warranting.
