Domesday reports are due December 1st. All chirurgeons are required to submit a Domesday to remain warranted. This report, at a minimum, should recap your activities for the year. Locals report to Regionals and Kingdom. The report to Kingdom must include a copy of First Aid certification, CPR certification, SCA membership and proof of age of majority. Please include your mailing address so I can send you a warrant. If you have an e-mail address, please include that too so we can contact you if we have to.
