Unto the Chirurgeons and Waterbearers of the Middle Kingdom come greetings from Herr Ulrich von Landstuhl. Please welcome Lady Cassandra of Glastonbury as the Deputy Kingdom Chirurgeon for the Region of Pentamere. Some updates to last month's policy FAQ: The observation period can be more than four events if you cannot be evaluated in all skill areas. Three of the four events can be completed at Pennsic. One four-hour shift or one battle will count as an event. I've posted a list of warranted chirurgeons on the Kingdom Chirurgeon web page and have mailed out individual warrants.
