Unto the Chirurgeons and Waterbearers of the Middle Kingdom come greetings from Herr Ulrich von Landstuhl. I will be allowing professional medical people, on a case-by-case basis, to bypass the standard 4 event observation period for Apprentice Chirurgeons. Instead, the Apprentice would have to serve one event under the observation of a Regional Chirurgeon or warranted Master Chirurgeon. Anyone interested in this may contact me for more info. Warrant cards will expire at the end of June. Only those chirurgeons with current certifications and membership (as of June 30) on file with me will be getting new cards. If you have certifications or membership that have been renwed since December, please mail them to me so that you can remain warranted.
