     Reports, reports and more reports.

     ALL chirurgeons were to report by December for their end-of-year/Domesday reports. Your Regional/Principality Chirurgeon and I should have received copies of this report.

     The report must include for everyone: your mundane name, sca name, region, chirurgeon rank, address, phone and email. Also, I must have a copy at Kingdom of your current CPR, First Aid, SCA membership and mundane ID for date of birth. Also, what events/Pennsic shifts you worked. You must work on event/one Pennsic shift a year to remain warented.

     Sadly, if you do not appear on this list, you are not warrented and may not work at a SCA function as a chirurgeon.

     If you are on the list please send in the information that looks like it is missing in the list. I have not included address, phone and email in the Pale for privacy reasons.

     Please, even thought the Domeday time had passed send in the information requested ASAP!
