Lady Margarete worked very hard and her service is greatly appreciate. I wish her the best in Trimaris. A reminder: please volunteer your time at Pennsic as a Chirurgeon and/or waterbearer. Chirurgeons may full fill 3 of their 4 required events as shifts at Pennsic. Also, CPR classes are being offered again this year at Pennsic. You do not have to have certifications completed to help at Pennsic, so come by Main or South Point and volunteer. An important reminder since we are in the busy season of events: always remember that the marshals have the authority on the battlefield (also applies to fencing, archery and equestrian activities). NO chirurgeon may tell any martial participant not to participate or tell any marshal torefuse to allow someone to participate. You can make polite, calm, well-reasoned suggestions to the marshalate.
