     By the time you read this Pennsic 28 will be a over. I would like to thank all who helped out at the Battles and Main and South Point. I deeply appreciate your assistance.

     We are sad to see Master John ap Wynne step down and greatly appreciate his years of dedicated service to the Chirurgeonate and commend him on his excellent job as Regional for Constellation.
