Conclusion

Since the Office of the Webminister was created in the Middle Kingdom in A.S. XXXI (1996) there have not been any definitive guidelines. As a result there has been some confusion over the role of the Office of Webminister at the local and regional levels. This handbook should help to resolve that confusion and to explain the responsibilities and duties of the office.

As the web grows in importance, I am sure that there will be issues that will require updates to this document. Read your Kingdom (and Principality) newsletters and maintain regular contact with your regional and Kingdom superior to keep abreast of policy changes and updates.

Forever in Service,
Trystan
