Merchants Attending
(This list will be updated frequently as we approach the inquisiton date)

We are not charging a merchant fee, but require all merchants to pre-register so that we know how many merchants to expect.
We suggest you bring your own tables, however, in the event that you require additional display room, we have round tables that can be rented for $5.00 each for the day.

Our Site opens on Friday, June 4th, 2004 at 3:00 p.m., and for merchants wishing to vend in an outdoor setting, you may feel free to set up at this time.

If you would however prefer to set up in the comforts of an indoor lodge, you will be able to set up at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5th, 2004.

If you require electricity, it is available for all indoor vendors; however, you will need to supply your own electrical extension cords.

Indoor merchants are required to close and pack all wares at 4:00 p.m. in order to allow for full use of the feast hall. Outdoor merchants do not, of course, have these limitations, and may stay open for business later in the day, but are fully responsible for securing their tables at the end of the selling day.

Additional information regarding site, camping and feast fees are located on the Merchant Registration Form.
We hope that you can attend!
