End of Spring Semester Schedule

From our friendly neighborhood MOAS:

Bardic for March is the 26th
Dance on the 26th is canceled.

April:
2nd: Archive Diving?
9th: Calligraphy
16th: Bardic (Moved back because of….)
Dance still?
23: Shire Auction

There’s also room before the meetings to sew and possibly dance as well, so just bring things I guess. I may or may not have scribey things to do.
Remember we will not be meeting (at least on campus) after the 23rd as OU will be on finals week and ending it’s Spring Semester.
You can still contact me about classes though! I want to keep things going (if only informally) over the Summer!

Current A&S January Schedule

From our MOAS:

15th: Scribal Night
29th: Bardic Night

We’ll discuss dance and craft night stuff at the meeting on the 15th, and go from there!

Second Semester Information

Salvete omnes!

Thanks to OU’s new online room registration process, I was able to reserve rooms for our regular meetings and fight practice all the way back in November. I’ve been waiting for confirmations from the event scheduling people which arrived today. We will have the same rooms for the same time slots for spring semester for both our fight practices and regular meetings. The only exception is the week of March 3-9 which is Ohio University’s Spring Break week and I did not reserve the room for fight practice on the 3rd or our regular meeting room on the 9th, as OU will not be in session this week.

We are all set up to have our first meeting in Grover W305 on 1/15/2013 with the room reserved from 7pm through 10pm (since our dance/craft meetings preceding the regular business meeting seemed to be popular, I just kept the 7pm slot. Meetings, as always I believe will still be at 8:15), continuing through 4/23/2013 and our first fight practice in Morton 201 beginning 1/20/2013 through 4/21/2013 from 1pm to 5pm. Both rooms are approved for food and beverage use.

Please note that the week following these dates 4/28-5/4 is the final exam period for spring semester and the rooms are not reserved for this week as is our usual practice. Thanks to the semester schedule, OU will not be in sesson after May 4th this year (yay!) so we may have to be in our summer spot earlier than usual.

See you Tuesday!
