Arts & Sciences
This is the place where some of our local (and alumni) artisans share their work. Some of it is purely documentation, others can be viewed as introductory, online classes. All material hereon should be considered under copyright protections according to U.S. law and international treaty, and may not be reused or linked to without the permission of the author, artist, or other copyright owner as designated.
It is our hope that you will find something of interest on these pages.
The Shire’s Library is a repository of books, Complete Anachronists and copies of various class handouts that have been donated to the Shire for use by the members of the Shire. While the library works on the honor system, there is a process for “checking out” a book or publication.
The “Artisan Showcase” is where some of our members, both current and alumni, have agreed to share pictures and minimum text of some of their projects. Please be aware that when you follow the link to each individual’s work, that the page will be fairly image heavy – some more so than others.
