12-1 Yeastie Beasties: Making Breads with Ale Yeasts Femke
An overview of the sources of yeasts available, how to
work with them, and a method for making ale-barmed
leavened bread even if you don't brew. We'll also talk
a bit about period flours, wood fired ovens, and how to
replicate the effects in a modern kitchen.
12-1 Performance Conclave Tomasso 'Il Veccio" Francesco & Beatrice
Performance clave is a Bardic Safe Zone where we look
at each others' performances, then talk about the choices
we've made as performers. Open to any level of performer

1-2 Beginner Beading Baroness GenRose
Limit of 5 for hands on and unlimited for anyone who
wants to watch. Kits are $5, they get beads, needle and
ring plus a handout.
2-3 Making Combat Archery Ammunition Thegn Edward
How to make a list legal combat arrow/bolt. Hands on
class for up to 10 people with materials provided to
make/take one bolt as an example. Open to any number
of people after that to observe. No cost.
2-3 Fuzzy Hat Class Boiarynia Anastasiia
Tutorial on making one type of Russian fuzzy
brimmed hat. Participants will handle already made hats .
We will cover how to measure your head and construct
a hat from those measurements. Handout is free.
3-4 Roundtable discussion - Volunteering in the SCA Thegn Edward
A roundtable discussion on why we volunteer and how
to encourage more people to volunteer to help in the SCA.
Open to those newer to the SCA and long timers alike.
Newcomers and short timers especially encouraged to attend
