12 p.m. Pentamere Regional Command meeting (Choir Room)

1 p.m. -- Pentamere Meet & Greet (Choir Room)
Officers of Pentamere: please join your Seneschal for a friendly get-together to speak about the Region, to talk to your fellow officers and to generally have some pleasant converation and snacks! For further questions or ideas, please contact Giovanna at Elaine242@gmail.com.

2 p.m Chronicler Training Class/Meeting (Lunch Tavern)

2 p. m.: A&S Faires System Discussion (Choir Room)
Thinking about entering or judging at the Arts & Sciences Faire? There have been some changes to the A&S Faires in the past few years - come learn about these changes and what you can expect to happen when you enter or sign up to judge - both at the regional faire and at Kingdom. If
you entered or judged at an A&S Faire last year, you are welcome to come share your experiences.

3 p.m. -- Pentamere Exhequer's Meeting (Choir Room)
This meeting will give the Pentamere Regional, Lord AELfric Greensword, the opportunity to meet and answer questions involving our office of the Exchequer.
