Dean of the College:
The contact point for all Equestrian college information; you must contact the Dean for permission to hold any SCA equestrian activity in the Midrealm. Equestrian Marshals in Charge (EMiC) of any equestrian event need to send their event reports along with all health papers and coggins tests that are required for interstate transport to the Dean. Finally, all rule and health questions should be directed to the Dean.
