From North:
Chesterton: IN 49 South to Vale Park Rd. Right onto Vale Park Rd. at intersection. Left onto Calumet Ave.
Left onto Jefferson at intersection.
Burns Harbor, South Haven: IN 149 South to IN 130 East. Left onto IN 130 East. Turn right, go into
Valparaiso. It becomes Lincolnway. Take that until you see the sign for the library and turn left.
From North East & East: (Michigan City, LaPorte) I-94 West to
IN 49 South, Right on Vale Park Rd at intersection. Left onto Calumet Ave. Left onto Jefferson at
the intersection.
Alt Route: IN 2 West to Lincolnway in Valpo. Right on Roosevelt Rd., Left on Jefferson. Library will be
on the Right.
From North West: (Hammond, Merrillville, Shererville) Information

Fighter Practice (Heavy & Rapier) – Every Thursday night 7 to 9 PM
Practice is at Diedrich Drill, 1719 State Street, LaPorte
It is okay to arrive early, but please do not arrive earlier than 5 PM Central.

From West:
Best route to HWY 2 head east to LaPorte. In LaPorte you will pass though three stop lights. At the fourth
light (First Street) turn left. The first road to the right is State St. Diedrich is on the corner of
First and State (many large white buildings).
From East: Best route to HWY 2 head west to LaPorte. You will drive
through downtown LaPorte. Past the intersection of Lincolnway (HWY 2) and HWY 35 you will see the
Hospital on the right then the Post Office (also on the right). There is a stop light at the Post Office
(Tyler), turn right. The next stop sign is State St. Turn left. Diedrich is on the right in a complex
with a large sign that says "SILVER PALACE".
We will be practicing in the Shipping Dept., which is the 3rd large overhead door in the big white building
(there is a small green sign that says Building 7).
