Barony of the Flaming Gryphon

Here is some information on fighting activities available to members of the Barony. For questions, contact the Baronial Knight's Marshal or Marshal of Fence.

PLEASE NOTE! There is currently no Baronial fight practice, due to the loss of the site. Please stay tuned to the Spot News or FG Combat mailing lists for updates.

Fight Practice (Heavy Weapons - Rapier - Youth)

Fight Practice is now at Driscoll Elementary, 6:45-9:30 pm every Thursday.

We welcome rapier and youth fighters at practice as well; there are usually marshals present for all three styles of combat. Loaner armor is available for those who want to try out fighting, if you let us know ahead of time.

We have a lovely flat outdoor area available to fight as well. There is a playground for the kids. We have at our disposal tables for on lookers or those wanting to do A&S projects, and upon request a classroom for meetings or A&S classes / projects.

Note: All fighters who want to fight in the gymnasium on bad weather days and during the winter months must wear shoes without black soles.
