Gathering III
It’s This Weekend July 5 to July 7..
Site opens Friday afternoon, closes Sunday at dusk
It is being billed as :A Salon on the Art of Fence. Don Madoch Greyson of the
Outlands will be in attendance. As I understand it he is the Kingdom Champion
for the Outlands in fencing....
Archery and heavy weapons fighting will also be available depending on the
heat and the presence of marshals.
A Bardic Circle is planned. Merchants are welcome,,,, no fee.
Feast is Pot-Luck Deserts (mundane last Name A-H), Cheeses (mundane last
names I-Q) and veggies/fruits (mundane last name R-Z) Stephens the
Roaster’s Famous Roast Pig and home made bread by Audrey Madochsmodr will be
the local contribution. Fast food available within 6 miles.
Site is a mowed field, 6 miles East of Kendallville. Bring water
Fees: Site $4.00, Camping $3.00/night, Feast $3.00/person
Directions: From South Follow I-69 to the SR 6/Kendallville Exit. Head West
to Kendallville. Site is on right, approximately 6 miles form Interstate.
Turn in just before Country Copper Polishing sign, go right up short hill.
There will be signs.
>From North and West: Take best route to Kendallville IN. Site is on SR6, 6
miles east of Kendallville, 1.5 miles from Corunna, IN When traveling west
on SR 6, site will be just beyond Country Copper Polishing sign.
>From the East: Take best route to I-69 to SR 6/Kendallville Exit. Follow
directions from the South.
