This isn't directly related to the SCA, but I thought I'd remind everyone anyway. The Post Office is accepting applications for employment through this Friday (26th) for clerk, carrier, and remote barcoder positions. You can apply at either the remote barcoding station downtown, or the NALC (National Association of Letter Carriers) meeting hall on Radio Rd (it's on the right off Smithville between Airway and Springfield St.). I don't know the hours of the barcoding center, but the union hall is open until 7:00pm. More good news...I heard they tell you the testing date right then and there--no waiting for a postcard.
