On top of that, Rex has some of the most rude and immature salesmen I've talked to. When I bought my CD player, I didn't get the remote. When I asked, I was given the remote for another model (*almost* the right buttons) and told that the correct one would be ordered. When I went back later, the guy I talked to criticized the first salesman and could not figure out how to order the correct unit. So I still don't have it.
Not that a remote control is really necessary on a CD player, but it's the principle of the thing!
