Combat

Rapier Tournaments
Fencers will be placed into pools and a round robin tourney will be fought,
with the amount of fencers promoted determined by the number of participants
and time available.
Once pools are set, each fencer will get a card and choose combat styles
for each round. (If there are 5 fights in your pool, write down 5 styles, 1
through 5, depending on your authorizations.)
At the first fight, combatants use the first style their lists. At the
second fight, combatants use the second, and so on.
Three rules for your style list are as follows:
1) You must use all 5 styles at least once. (Non-rigid and rigid parry are
considered separate styles for this tournament.)
2) You cannot use the same style twice in a row. (If you are only
authorized in one style, this doesn¹t apply.)
3) Variations on weapon styles are allowed, such as cloak & dagger, dagger &
buckler, case of daggers, etc. Case of bucklers or case of cloaks are not
allowed.
Archery Activities
Archers--a full day for you! Weapons inspection /warm-up from 11 am to noon.
General shoot from noon until 5 pm; depending on times for court or other

Due to the type of range available, shoots will be all closer -range type
shoots with known or unknown distances. No standard 20-30-40 yd shoots (no
IKACs or Royal Rounds).
