1) The site will open to merchants at 8.30am and to the populace at 9am
2) Merchants space is $5 for a 6 ft space with a table, this is in addition to any site fee, feast fee or NMS. This money will then be used to buy a prize/prizes from the merchants.
3) The merchants area is in a first floor room, there is a small set of stairs (about 6) up to the first floor from the entrance.
4) The entrance is located about 500-600 yds from the parking lot, if you have a lot of items a cart would be a good idea.
5) We can not and do not guarantee merchants any assistance with loading and unloading of goods.
6) The site itself is not particularly handicap accessible, it is an old building and activities will be taking part on three floors with only a staircase connecting them. Please plan accordingly.
7) As the feast is NOT in the same room hosting merchants tear down is not under a strict timetable HOWEVER, everyone must exit the building by 10pm or the alarm will sound.
