Have you ever wanted to lay siege to a castle, walk around wearing a suit of armor, or ever been to a renaissance fair and wanted to be part of it? This may just be the place for you. There are several ways to get involved in the Society.

What is Iron Oak

Iron Oak is an Incipient Canton of the Barony on Northwoods located in the region of Pentamere, in the realm of the Middle Kingdom of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc.

Where is Iron Oak

The land that Iron Oak holds and Defends for the Barony of Northwoods is located in Shiawassee and Gratiot counties in the state of Michigan. (Northwest of Detroit, East of Lansing, and West of Flint).

About Iron Oak

Iron Oak is a small, but growing canton with members who have varying degrees of interests. Members interests vary from fighting to cooking, brewing to sewing, woodworking to singing, and everything in between. This makes it easy to get involved and learn from people who share the same interests as you.
