Congratulations to Lady Moira MacGillavrey, the new Deputy for Youth
Rapier, to THL Cecil DuPont, the new Midlands Regional Rapier Marshal
and to Lord Colin MacNish, the South Oaken Regional Rapier Champion.

Domesday time! ALL marshals are to report by June first! Please, from
now on, include in your rapier report if you're a sidesword
participant and if you're youth authorized. I'd also like youth MiTs
to report to their regionals. Sidesword participants will still
report to Christian monthly. Youth rapier still reports to Sir Ix and
now to Moira (madhouse@tiptonetel.com).
