The Middle Kingdom Rapier Marshals Handbook is available here in PDF format.
Schedules
All Group Marshals and Group MOFITs will now report to their Regional Marshals on March 1, June 1, September 1. and December 1.
All Marshals of the Field will report to their Regional Marshals on June 1 and December 1.
ALL reports should include your complete contact information (SCA name, mundane name, street address, phone number, e-mail address, and local SCA group name)-- even if such information has NOT changed since your last report and even if you KNOW that your Regional Marshal already has it.
DO NOT SEND YOUR REPORTS TO THE KMOF, unless you need to report an injury or a blade breakage. INJURIES AND BLADE BREAKAGES must be reported to the KMOF within 48 hours of their occurance.
If you value your warrants, do NOT fail to report.
