If you are planning on attending Baron Wars XIV with your horse please contact the EMIC with the following information.

# of horses

Camping on site? Tent size/space needed in EQ area?

Horse(s) camping on site?

Size of rig?

How do you plan to keep horse on site? Electric fence, Zip line, porta stall, etc.

Space needed for horse accommodations? **There are no stalls available on site**

Do you need horse accommodations off site? Please contact EMIC.

No horses will be allowed to overnight inside the fort- all on site horse accommodations are to be set up outside the walls. We will not setup communal horse pens. (meaning one list area and subdivided, if you wish to share with someone else and they are ok with that… and horses get along ok… go for it)

**Please note that out of state horses must have proof of current negative coggins and health certificate within 30 days of arrival date – originals must be shown and copies provided on arrival.**

All horses staying on site at Baron Wars must be kept in Designated Equestrian Area. Horses may not be left unattended- someone must be left in charge if you are planning on leaving the immediate area for any time. Information card with person(s) authorized to tend your horse(s) must be on file with the EMIC. All horses must be contained in approved manner. Approved methods include Portable stalls, fencing that is either solid in appearance or 3 stands of wire electric fence (charger must be used), tying to trailer/inside trailer, or zip line if set up is possible- no guarantees of available trees. If your method does not match these please contact the EMIC prior to arrival to determine if your method is acceptable. Please note that horses should have prior camping experience before attending (looking for horses in the middle of the night and finding them crossing 4 lane bridges and running amuck in the middle of Maumee or Perrysburg is something we are trying to avoid…).

Authorizations may be available by arrangement only – horses are not supplied by the EMIC. No guarantee express or implied!.
