• Camping Cost: Adults (anyone 18 or over) $20, Children ages 6-17 $10, Children age 5 and under are free
• Daytrip Cost: Adults (anyone 18 or over) $10, Children ages 6-17 $5, Children age 5 and under are free
• Family Caps: Camping $55, Daytrip $30
• Non-member surcharge: $5 (remember to bring your proof of membership!)

There is no preregistration and camping spots are first come, first serve as usual. You can help the Troll and her Goblins by having waivers completed upon arrival.

Court Schedule

There will be two courts scheduled on Saturday. The first is a morning court at 9am and the second is planned for 6pm or so at the Royals' whim.

Volunteers Needed!!

As with any event there are plenty of opportunities to help out.
This year we are happy to accomodate the Midrealm Prince and Princess in addition to our King and Queen. However, this privilage means we need more people to retain for Midream royalty attending our humble event.
If you would like to retain, please contact our Royal Liason jamie_pience {at} yahoo {dot}com with the subject line "BARON WARS RETAINING" to schedule a time.

Also, we are in need of volunteers to direct traffic into and out of the fort. (We provide the radios and basic instructions.)
Official SCA groups (cantons, baronies, shires, etc.) willing to provide a four person team for 4 hours should contact our parking coordinator at derbert24 {at} yahoo {dot} com with the subject line "BARON WARS PARKING" to schedule a block of time and discuss a monetary donation to your group.

Showers!!

We are working on building a shower tent for this year as there are no shower facilities on site. Rumor has it, it will be a two-stall unit with the water coming directly from the ground (read: COLD!!). If you have a shower bag to warm the ground water, it may be a good idea.

REMINDER: Ft. Meigs is in an Emrald Ash Borer Quarantine Zone. Fines for taking firewood out of the zone (the state of Ohio) can be quite extensive (per THIS STATEMENT). For more information, CLICK HERE.
