I can only speak for my dealings with Chivalry Sports. Their shipping was
prompt in every case but one, and they notified me that they were out of
stock on that item (a bodice). They shipped it when it came in, and I was
distressed to find it not made as the illustration in the catalog showed.
I called, and talked to the owner, and she apologized, saying that the bodice
was not supposed to have been made as it was, and told me to return if for a
full refund. I sent it back, and the refund check was issued to include the
cost of my return shipping.
I elected to not take a correctly made replacement, since there would be an
additional delay, and I needed garb for an event, but I would have no
hesitation to order from them again.
