So is golf. And a lot of other things where permanent siting and funding is
taken for granted.

I like this idea...tho I plan on attending *many* such wakes before I have
to put one on. :)

I think it is safe to say that this one will come true. The West Kingdom
Land Fund is a reality...in fact if I recall correctly, they already bid on
one piece of property but the deal fell thru.

Administering a piece of woodsy/pasture real estate is nothing...in fact, in
most rural areas, you can get someone to do it for the right to cut hay, and
maybe some pasturage use. Upkeep? Graveling some paths would be about it,
unless you were determined to put up some permanent structures and pipe
water...better to get some "water buffaloes" and portajohns for events and
build solar showers. Perhaps a couple of permanent outhouses for those
small cozy gatherings were you don't want to rent portajohns.

Keep dreaming, this one is definitely doable.
