Our general rules for demo fighting are:

1) Don't die if you're killed on the first couple of shots (unless it's really
obvious) Don't talk about shots... either they were good or they weren't.. if
you have to talk about it then assume it wasn't obvious to the crowd and go
on.

2) Be a little less patient and a bit more flamboyant...

3) If you get into a situation where one or both of you are crippled, die soon!

4) When outnumbered, say, two to one, let the single kill off one of the two.

You get the drift... it's a refreshing change of pace for the fighters and
the audience is entertained.
