[Middlebridge] Definition of Knight

First, I wish to apologize to all the gentle and good Knights of the SCA who
frequent the Middlebridge; but I have to share this.

For all of you who have missed "The Crusades" on A&E and The History Channel,
a definition of "knight" from Terry Jones.

        "...[T]hey were still just thugs who liked to beat the
         crap out of each other."

Sound familiar, anyone?
