Good suggestion...

We'll pass a Law that we don't need a Law to Very Unofficially make
Middlebridge the unofficial legal Capital of the Midrealm.

I'll bring it up to the Grand Council to see if we can get the Board of
directors to not do anything about requiring this new Capital.
We can leave it to the discretion of either the Crown or the Midrealm Curia
to either not pass a law or else to not make a declaration.

My vote (if I had one) is to not pass any law but to make Middle bridge the
unofficial Capital of the Middle Kingdom.
