  I am open to such suggestions, as are you, but I would really hesitate to
commit other members of the Grand Council to such action.
  Further, it would generally be a better idea to write the GC about things
that might be done better in the future, rather than about things that are
on the block right now.
  For example, the Board is asking for comments on the changes to the Soc.
Sen. and the E.D. If you have comments on the current wording -- write the
Board. If you have bright idea for fixing things permanently, write the
Board _and_ the GC.
