IKA WARNING!!!!

In The West(tm) the contestants bring their own banners, and these
are placed in pole stands (can build, can't describe) on the corners
of the list, so it not only looks pretty but you know who's up and
who's in line.

In An Tir, they pretty much all have little wooden shields that they
bring which are used on the wall-trees. If the Kingdom can agree to
a standard, it would make sense for the fighters to have a shield
they keep in a pouch in the armor bag, and use as required.
