While the Inner Sea itself was around in AS XIII, there were no shires
upon its shores at that time. The good people of your land must needs
therefore be innocent of the charge of Phredde-icity.
I believe that there was once a group (which shall remain nameless, since
I live in it ;) that once called their newsletter by this name. Perchance
this might be a related phenomenon.
