I saw some hills and tall vertical rocks occasionally but barely
enough to keep me awake. I found it interesting to see so many small
hillsides plowed also.

Yes, but in Michigan we have so many trees everywhere lining all
of the roads and highways that you can't see the farmland you know must
be out there somewhere. That's what I'm going to miss; especially the
coniferous ones. We have a lot of them here and it won't be the same
without them.
