Your bulk rate copies are sent to Chicago East Suburba, From there, I
dunno. If you have less than a tray of copies to a specific area code,
I'd suggest first class as the best alternative. The bulk mail stuff
seemed to have slipped into an abyss.
I'll check at the po this afternoon to see what can be done. I'd go ahead
and file a complaint at your po.
