.....and sometimes only one letter, even if it is by a naoa referring
someone for a midlevel award. Depends upon the writing, the
authentication, and the persons/Crowns involved.
Something else to remember: some Crowns give out awards like the candy
thrown to the populace during procession, others do fewer for an assortment
of reasons. (I had to rewrite that three times because it kept sounding
critical.) If you have the former on the throne, you can get almost
anything done if the letter you write contains enough information. With
the latter, you do need more letters, backup data, and possibly some
conversational support.
