To the Middlebridges,

  According to my husband(who is the Evergreen Herald in the Principality of
Northshield), you can display your device or arms on any shape that you
desire.
Most find that the shield(Escutcheon) is the easiest way to design and
execute this.
However Lozenges and roundels are perfectly acceptable.
   The one thing to keep in mind is that the device is not protected until it
is registered. This means that anyone who sees your banner and decides to use
a piece of it and they register it before you... it may cause a conflict. So
it is wise to register your name and device as soon as possible.
