Hmmm... I'll have to run that one by my knight; he's never suggested
that the wearing of swords should be reserved to knights. Of course, he
was knighted in the Midrealm, so he may have a different take on it...
I wear a sword on occasion. It's a short sword, not flashy. In fact,
I'm not sure that most people even notice that I'm wearing it. ;-) It's
not a "pretty" sword in any case, it's utilitarian, a tool.
