Well, Adele, mayhap we'll cross paths at some event befor October?
Pennsic, at least? I won't make Crown/A&S/etc., have mundane business in
what we know as Calontir that weekend. Likewise no Simple Day, but East
Kingdom-wise then.

Hhhmmm.... Most of the Events I hope to attend before Pennsic will be over
this side of the Kingdom, or in Kingdoms to the west. However, anytime you
want to arrange for an informal class, just warn me to bring yarn and
needles.

Yes, silk is LOVELY. I have some silk-wool that I am hoarding against The
Perfect Pattern. I plan to wear it next to my skin for sure. And I
splurged on some silk-cotton that is a hideous colour but I will overdye it
something more normal like red or purple -- or both! THAT will surely feel
good if the dyeing process doesn't degrade the fibres.

You can always come out in two weeks for Summer Breeze, macarena in garb on
the Quads! <G> Well, they did last year, it was sooooo silly. Pity they
didn't hire any of us for "lusty wenches and fancy lads," I think one of
our members on the Scavenger Hunt committee last weekend put that on
deliberately. He hinted that the siege engines were definitely his fault.
