Greetings, milord.

Unfortunately, I don't have any Spanish references handy. I daresay
your local Library has fashion manuals that you could peruse or you
might go to any gentles in your group that you know do garb and ask them
for the titles or direct assistance.

"Tino" sounds like a diminuative of "Antonio," but I can't be certain -
Spanish classes were long ago. I do remember that the Spanish were and
are a very proud people and reeling off their full names at meeting new
folks or being called in for some offical function was de rigeur. That
comes from my substitute Spanish teacher who spoke perfect Castillian -
lisp and all - and yet she was French and Greek. Diminuatives would
have been reserved for times of much less formality. If you found that

I was correct about "Antonio," you could register that and add to any
introduction "called Tino." Unless, you could find it documented
somewhere.

I'm sorry I can't help you more efficiently, milord. I would think
there would be some Church records available, but I just can't be
certain.
