[Mid] Northshield Coronet Volunteers

Oyez Oyez,

To all and sundry does Robert Rhys Scatloch, Seneschal of the Shire of the Inner Sea send greetings.

On behalf of our shire I would ask a boon of you great gentles. Our shire is hosting Northshield Coronet in June, the boon I ask is for any who would volunteer to help out at this great and wonderous event, to contact either myself or our Autocrats Gevehard von Baden or Robina of Willowood. Our e-mail addresses are Me (BadgerB@aol.com), Gevehard (gbitker@d.umn.edu), Robina (jmaki2@d.umn.edu). We are trying to estimate how to distribute the jobs and are looking for an estimate of volunteers.

The various catagories are:

Security: walking around and making sure people aren't drinking in the dry area, or starting fires mostly

Royal Guards

Feast Servers: For the Saturday Feast Setup, Cleanup and Serving. All Servers get to eat free.

Troll

Heralds: For any loudmouths ;-} This is an outdoor event.

Setup: For those of you who really want to get away an extra day. There will be setup jobs throughout the weekend as well.

Cleanup: For those who really really want to get away an extra day.

Setup and Cleanup will be handled by our shire but if any of you really like doing that stuff you are more than welcome. All other catagories are being handled by our shire and any other volunteers we can get.

Please include any catagory you would be willing to help out in. Please don't sign up for too many because we really want you all to have fun when you visit. Course as a Herald maybe Yelling is fun ;-}.
