greetings all,
When I ( as an Islamic female persona) talk in a class room to studnets that
might not have had much exposure to history. I suggest that History is an art
of Interpration. It will depend on which side of the problem a persona is on
as to how they see it.
I tend to look at documentation the same way. I have over the years seen
some very harsh comments on various A&S projects. I have often wondered why
this things happen I tend to think it is either ingorance or over importance
on the part of the judge..I can also state that they weren't mine. if they
had been I would have been climbing the officer ladder screaming indignation
until the matter saw the light of day.But the after effect has been I don't
want to put myself throught that.
that is why we need constant pointers and "classes" on how to do
reseach and
documentation better. It can never become "old hat' or "dry". I have a low
sence of confidence in my abilites to put on paper what I know. I have a keen
interest in all thing Islam but I have not a single focus (much to rayah's
consernation).
Yes an online class would be very welcome and much needed. There are others
who have taught classes on the subject over the years it might be nice to
hear from them as well.(alot of people get this board that never comment at
all)
