[Mid] [SCA Equestrian] Minors The "Official" Word (fwd)

I thought that there would be some people here on the bridge who
would be interested in seeing this. At least for now Minors are
allowed to ride in the SCA again. The policy refered to is
a set of society level regulations for minors riding that will hopefully
be passed soon. The Middle Kingdom's policy for minors riding is
outlined in the Middle Kingdom Equestrian Handbook (2nd edition)
Having seen a copy of the proposed Society Minor Rules I don't
expect the Middle Kingdom Policy will need to change that much when
