 Thank you very much!!!>

Our local group makes most of its money doing demos, especially for elementary
and secondary schools, public and parochial. Most school systems include a
section on the middle ages as part of their annual curriculum, and we have done
many demos when this section is being taught. One school even had a parents
night at which the children could show off the scrolls they'd made and their
children could come dressed as medievally as closets or purse strings would
allow. Quite a number of our group were able to participate in this demo, since
it was in the evening. We had heavy weapons fighters, fencers, audience
participation dancing and several craftspeople demonstrating their crafts. One
woman even had a book on the Bayeux tapestry that she talked about for pas
sersby. Many people brought their scrolls from home for the children and
parents to see.

If your group is composed mainly of college students, you may actually be able
to schedule daytime demo's, something our group has difficulty staffing due to
so many of us working 8-5, M-F.

Good luck.
