What do people think about a mid-level award, something between Willow/Oak and
Laurel? I am getting frustrated, because I cannot produce the amount of work
needed to be considered for the Laurel, but I would like to be recognized for
what I have accomplished since I got my Willow. Anyone else feel this way? If
